Hunting for my Clan

Boneshatter had a few mice, and crouched when she saw a squirrel. She was on a quest-to get as much food as she could to fed her starving Clan before they left to take over the forest. She pounced, and got the squirrel.

"Boneshatter!" Bramblefire yowled and pounced on the she-cat's back. Tearing at her.

Boneshatter rolled over and kicked the she-cat off her. "Oh, so now you decide to defend your Clan?" she said. She grabbed her prey and started walking back home to give the prey to her Clan.

Bramblefire got up and pounced back on her and sunk her claws in. "I only didn't defend it because I was out numbered and I wouldn't be able to tell my clan your sinister plan." Bramblefire hissed in her ear. She sunk her teeth in the scrawny she-cat's neck.

Boneshatter yowled and bit her back. She scratched her face until she got off, and she coughed a bit. "I only want to feed my Clan." she said. "I might leave the alliance! I need what winning can offer, but I've lost many cats already to hunger, I don't need to lose more to a needless fight."

"Then take another clan's food." Bramblefire growled at her.

Boneshatter growled. "But LionClan has more." she mumbled. She picked up her prey and began to leave. I already lost so much...I don't need to lose more. This hunger has been eating at me, but hopefully I'll survive long enough...





OOC: My friend might join tonight, so Blitzstar might get a little surprise soon

IN: "I don't care. You should have picked a better spot for your clan. LionClan can't let other clans take their food it will make us sound weak!" Bramblefire said wishing the cat would leave.

"Well, I can't help that you have the closest territory to SlayerClan!" she retorted. Surely they'll grow soon? This cat will really begin to see my dread.

"And it's not my fault you picked the worst territory!" Bramblefire hissed back

"Well it's not my fault that my Clan is starving!" Boneshatter yelled. She began to walk away.

"Don't walk away yet!" Bramblefire said with sympathy. "You don't think that is enough to feed all of your clan do you?" Bramblefire asked.

Boneshatter looked back with shock. "Well, I have other cats gathering food...but we never get much since patrols usually catch us."

"Well let me help you." Bramblefire offered. I'm going to get caught and banned from my clan.

"Um...thank you." Boneshatter said.

"Don't say anything about me helping you or your clan will die of starvation because this won't hurt just me. They will make more patrols and kill you on site." Bramblefire warned Boneshatter

Boneshatter nodded and grabbed the prey and left.

She didn't return for almost a moon. She stomach was a good deal bigger. She went to hunt again. They had a good prey time, but they had killed the rest of it unknowingly. She knew the risk of hunting here, but she was willing to take it.

Bramblefire ordered no patrols today because she said she was to do it alone. She told everyone to stay in the camp since they already had enough prey that day.

Boneshatter crouched to the ground as best she could, trying not to make any noise. She made a rustle, and had to run after a mouse, not noticing she ran by Bramblefire. She pounced and killed it.

"How is your clan?" Bramblefire asked.

"We're finishing off a lot of prey." Boneshatter said. "Really, we got a lot for a while, but we're back to very low prey."

"I see. Well tell your people to only take what they need. I don't want a clan to die out cause of me but I don't wan tmy clan to notice." Bramblefire told her

Boneshatter nodded. She caught a few more mice, and offered a nice rabbit to Bramblefire. "It's something for a thanks. I don't know how I'll repay you."

OOC: And you didn't notice her big belly yet? XD

"Well it looks like your expecting Boneshatter. Kit on the way?" Bramblefire asked

OOC: Happy?

OOC: LOL!!!

IC: "Yes." Boneshatter said. "But I'd like not to think of the father...or how I'll explain it to him."
