Visiting the kits

Sunpaw walked up to Dreamheart, "Is it time to train??" he asked.
Moonpaw nodded to Scarnose.

"Yes." the mentors said at the same time. Scarnose led Moonpaw to her herb store, Dreamheart led Sunpaw around the territory.

"What're we gonna do first???" Sunpaw asked.

"What's first?" Moonpaw asked.

Dreamheart crouched to the ground as if stalking a mouse. "Try doing this. It's a basic hunting technique."

Scarnose grabbed some Cobwebs. "This is easy. Do you know what it does? You might have seen me use it before."

Sunpaw did, but tripped. "Ow.."

Moonpaw said, "Yes of course. Cobwebs. Used to seal wounds."

"Are you okay?" Dreamheart asked, helping him up.

"And stop bleeding, very good." Scarnose said. "Know any more without me helping?"

"Poppy seeds ease pain," Moonpaw said, looking at them. She went on and on.

Sunpaw laughed. "I think I got it." He did it without tripping this time.

"Lift your tail up a little bit, so it doesn't rattle leaves or twigs." Dreamheart said. "And there you go!"

Scarnose smiled, proud of her apprentice. "So, missing any?"

"Oh, thanks!" Sunpaw squealed.

"Your missing yarrow." Moonpaw said.

Dreamheart nodded. "Try it on that mouse over there."

"And what does it do, do you know?"

Sunpaw did as he was told.

"It can be made into a poultice to expel poison." Moonpaw said.

"Very good!"

"Yes. If someone ate something bad, you can also feed it to them to expel it." Scarnose said. "We can get some later. Is there anything you haven't named?"

"Thanks!"

"Borage leaves for Queen's milk.... thats it I think."

When they got to the forest area, Dreamheart stopped. "Past here is where the Clans live. And further out is where the Tribe lives."

"Wow. Well, then..." Scarnose said, wondering what to do next. "Let's do some battle training. We don't train much of it, only basics compared to Warriors."

Sunpaw asked, "You mean the real Clans? The ones the Elders tell us stories about?"

"Okay." Moonpaw complied.

"LionClan, TigerClan, and LeopardClan." Dreamheart said.

Scarnose smiled. I'll let her get some experience. Other than that, she's already ready for her name! She might be the youngest full Medicine Cat ever!

"Are they real?" Sunpaw asked in awe.

Moonpaw was getting associated with the different scents of the various herbs.

"Of course. A friend of mine is in LionClan, actually."

"Come on, let's do some battle training." Scarnose said, ready to go.

"Who is it?" Sunpaw asked.

"Okay," Moonpaw said, following her.

"Her name is Bramblefire. She was good friends with my parents too..."

Scarnose took her to an alley that was empty. She showed her all the basic attacks, and wanted Moonpaw to use them on her.

Sunpaw responded, "Are they good cats, or bad cats?"

Moonpaw crouched low, ready to pounce, "Like this?" she asked.

"Well, TigerClan are mostly bad, but the rest are pretty good."

"Yes, but remember never to say it. Now, I'll be expecting it.."

"Okay. Did you ever meet the Clans?" Sunpaw asked, realizing it was a stupid question. "Well, besides Bramblefire."

"Okay. This is harder then it looks." Moonpaw struggled.

"Well, sort of. My mother knew a LeopardClan cat, and.........we both knew a TigerClan. But that TigerClan cat was a good cat."

Scarnose helped her.

"Okay. Will I ever meet the Clans?" Sunpaw asked.
